Thank you for submtting information about your organziation to be considered for our pro-bono program for non-profits and give-back programs.

What we need from you:

Photos
All pictures must be hi-res
At least three photos of you (include photo credit if applicable).
Considerations for your pictures:

  • Consider what look is “on brand” for you. You want to look like yourself as you typically show up. You want to look like the professional you are.
  • Bright, solid colors work best. Skip busy patterns, they distract from you.
  • Ensure the images have enough room for us to crop them.
Here are some examples of what we are looking for, and why . . . we may be using these images for media graphics (potentially magazine covers, book covers, etc.). The images must have space around them so we have room to add copy around them.

Head and shoulders

  • Head and shoulders visible
  • Preferably 4 x 5 inches
  • Color
  • Eyes looking directly to camera
  • Minimum of 300 dpi
  • Plenty of space all around you, plenty of room above your head
  • No limbs extending outside the frame
  • Distration free background

Upper-Body

Full body

Action shots — these pictures should be "on brand" for you. Such as: on stage, being interviewed, interviewing someone, working with a client, at your workplace, etc. Please include captions for context.

Other lifestyle images – Depending upon what is on brand for you, and the types of projects we are doing for you, we may also want additional images of you. These may include you receiving an award; presenting an award; being engaged in a hobby; at an event, perhaps a philanthropic or charity event; on holiday or vacation; at a retreat; at a community event, etc.

Examples of what we may create with your images:

If you're planning a photo shoot consider these tips:

  • Consider what look is "on brand" for you. Yant to look like yourself as you typically show up. You want to look professional.
  • Do not submit AI images.
  • Bright, solid colors work best. Skip the busy patterns.
  • It is best not to have anything busy behind you. Solid walls or blurred out behind you is best for us work with. Out in nature can work nicely to.
  • Be sure the photographer does not provide images that are cropped to closely. We prefer the larger version; we can crop it to size.

Logo: Send a crisp, hi-res image, preferably PNG. If you send a JPEG, ensure it is a transparent background.

Your bio: Your bio is written in the third person and includes what you are best known for; what is your expertise. Include some professional accomplishments, accolades, awards you've received, etc. About 100 words is optimum.

If you need some assistance building your bio, see our Bio Builder Kit

Your images: Upload a minimum of three, and up to seven images of your organization in action or results, etc. You want to show off what you do.

We'll get back to you and keep you apprised of progress.
