If you accepted Visa and/or Mastercard between January 1, 2004 and January 25, 2019, you are eligible to recover a portion of the interchange fees paid to Visa and Mastercard.

NOTE: This is only for businesses in the U.S.

There is a $5.54 billion settlement against Visa and Mastercard from a class action settlement (Payment Card Interchange Fee and Merchant Discount Antitrust Litigation or “PCIF”).

The case settled years ago, but the $5.54 billion settlement became final this past summer.

Here’s even better news – you don’t have to have records of the transactions! Quite frankly, I do not have records from when I accepted Visa and Mastercard, and I filed a claim.

I partnered with the top recovery firm in the country dealing with class action recovery, which has a 15-year track record in class action claims management. FRS handles all aspects of the claims process, which includes confirming clients’ current and prior locations. All part of what they do.

This is a contingency-based solution. There are no upfront fees. They are paid only after you are; there are no other fees or costs associated with their work.

It costs you nothing to explore how much they owe you!

If you’ve got any questions, call me or set a time to talk at TalkAboutPublicity.com

After you enter some basic information here, you will be redirected to the Financial Recovery Strategies page for additional information.

After you submit that, a Claims Management Agreement and Authority to File will be sent directly to your inbox via Adobe Sign so you can e-sign the documents. FRS will then work with you and your company to collect the necessary information, namely location and entity data, so they can maximize your claim(s).

Deadline for filing has been extended until August 30, 2024.
