Welcome to your talent management with Top Talent Agency.

We are looking forward to getting you more influence, credibility, and exposure, through our publicity, publishing, and various production services. No matter what services and deliverables we are completing for you, we are excited to help you stand out in your industry.

We want to get to know you, and realize you are busy doing what you do best. Article Writing :

If you have been asked to submit an article to us, please note the following:

Length of article: 750 -1000 words. Have a strong start. Let the reader know why they should read this, why it's relevant. Tie it to a topic in the news, make it timely, begin with a question, etc.

Single space after period, not double

Submit in a Word doc or Google Doc. Let us know in the subject line if the subject matter is time sensitive. (An event that is coming up soon, etc.)

Include one website or link where readers can find you. (This should be simple, not salesy. Example Learn more at: Website.)

Photos
All pictures must be hi-res.
At least three photos of you (include photo credit if applicable).
Considerations for your pictures:

  • Consider what look is “on brand” for you. You want to look like yourself as you typically show up. You want to look like the professional you are.
  • Bright, solid colors work best. Skip busy patterns; they distract from you.
  • Ensure the images have enough room for us to crop them.
Here are some examples of what we are looking for, and why . . . we may be using these images for media graphics (potentially magazine covers, book covers, etc.). The images must have space around them so we have room to add copy around them.
Head and shoulders
  • Color
  • Minimum of 300 dpi
  • Preferably 4 x 5 inches
  • Distration free background
  • Head and shoulders visible
  • Eyes looking directly at the camera
  • No limbs extending outside the frame
  • Plenty of space all around you, plenty of room above your head

Upper-Body

Full body

Action shots — these pictures should be "on brand" for you. Such as: on stage, being interviewed, interviewing someone, working with a client, at your workplace, etc. Please include captions for context.

Other lifestyle images – Depending upon what is on brand for you, and the types of projects we are doing for you, we may also want additional images of you. These may include you receiving an award, presenting an award, being engaged in a hobby, at an event, perhaps a philanthropic or charity event; on holiday or vacation, at a retreat, at a community event, etc.

Examples of what we may create with your images:

If you're planning a photo shoot, consider these tips:

  • Consider what look is "on brand" for you. You want to look like yourself as you typically show up. You want to look professional.
  • Do not submit AI images.
  • Bright, solid colors work best. Skip the busy patterns.
  • It is best not to have anything busy behind you. Solid walls or blurred out behind you are best for us to work with. Being out in nature can work nicely too.
  • Be sure the photographer does not provide images that are cropped too closely. We prefer the larger version; we can crop it to size.

Your logo: Send a crisp, hi-res image, preferably PNG. If you send a JPEG, ensure it has a transparent background.

Your bio: Your bio is written in the third person and includes what you are best known for; your expertise. Include some professional accomplishments, accolades, awards you've received, etc. We want to make you look really good!

About 100 words is optimum.

If you need some assistance building your bio, see our Bio Builder Kit

Your images: Upload a minimum of three, and up to seven images. We need more than headshots, please.

After you submit this, we'll get back to you and keep you apprised of progress.
